Order Confirmation: 
As soon as you have completed the checkout process on our online store, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order. This means we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorised your payment for the purchase. If for any reason your item is unavailable you will be notified immediately with the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product.

Order Shipment: 
We will aim to dispatch your order within five working days from the date of your order. The tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you provided us when checking out. If for some reason you have not received tracking information from us within three business days of your order being placed please contact us at: info@floatingtvunits.co.uk

Damages: 
Please ensure you thoroughly inspect the packaging of your item(s) as soon as it arrives, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you have any concerns about the packaging and/or the item, then please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED and refuse delivery. We will then replace the item immediately or offer you a full refund. If the order is damaged by the courier but not signed as damaged on arrival and the delivery refused, we will be unable to replace it or offer you a refund.

Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts:
Should your order reach you in a damaged or defective state, we are capable of providing either a replacement product or necessary parts free of charge. If your preference lies with returning the product, we commit to reimbursing the cost of the item as well as the delivery charge back to your original payment mode within five working days following the pickup. You may be required to provide a photograph of the damaged item. We advise you to conduct an inspection of your item upon its delivery and report any discrepancies within 30 days of its receipt.

In the event of your package appearing to have suffered extensive damage upon its delivery, we encourage you to note "Package Damaged" while signing off on the delivery document. Subsequently, you can put forth a request for a replacement without incurring any additional charges.

 Cancellations & Refunds: 
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately by sending an email to: info@floatingtvunits.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We must receive all returns within 14 days from the time you have received your item(s) in a resalable condition in the original packaging. Refunds will only be authorised to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

We do not store payment card details nor do we share customer information with any third parties.

PLEASE NOTE: WE SOMETIMES USE THIRD PARTY FULFILLMENT CENTRES TO SHIP OUR PRODUCTS ON OUR BEHALF. THIS HAS ALLOWED US TO HAVE THE MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK AND TO OFFER COMPETITIVE PRICES WITH FAST SHIPPING TIMES
